The test consists of 30 questions.

As the questions have been specially compiled for this test, they have not been validated, so a precise IQ rating cannot be given. Nevertheless, I have provided a performance assessment for each test, together with an approximation of the top percentage of population to which this equates.

A time limit of 60 minutes is allowed for completing all 30 questions. The correct answers, and the assessment, are given at the end of the test. You should award yourself 1 point for each question answered correctly. You must keep strictly to the time limit otherwise your score will be invalidated. You should not, therefore, spend too much time on any one question. If you do not know the answer it is always worth having a guess, as intuition is often proved to be correct! You should, however, take time to read the instructions to each question. If at the end of the test, as in any test or examination, you find you have time to spare, utilize that time to have a quick review of your answers. We have all been guilty of slips of the pen at some time or another, and this may be one of those occasions.
